Sekali tengok mee sedap haku dah macam claypot pulak akekeke. Ada mee tau kat bawah tuh, dah terlindung dek telur, pcs of satay dan beans kat atas. Nih satay semalam, yg tak berapa masak tuh, haku nyaris nak buang. Tak terpikir leh re-cook balik. Dah masak balik, sedap pulak wahahaha :P.

Mula2 dah give up nak makan aper dah sebab aku melilau sampai ke hujung pasar malam, belom dapat decide nak makan aper. Masa patah balik tuh, last2 aku benti gak kat tepi orang jual nasik campur so beli lah jugak something. Satay tuh sebenarnya beli awal sebab ingat tak nak beli nasik, sekali lepas beli, aku leh singgah pulak beli nasi. Lorr... tak tetap pendirian rupanya nih, haih! Aku beli jagung gak. Makan malam karang, dekat2 shakes kedua kot. BTW, satay tuh beli 10 cucuk [tamak]. Tengok2 tak abeh :-s [membazir]. Pulak tuh, cam tak berapa masak lah... garing luo jer, dalam masih erkk.. :-s, pepaham lah yer. maybe salah 1 sebab xleh abehkan sebab tak masak kot :D. nasib baik xmasak kan. kalo tidak leh licin plastik satay tuh akekeke :))

Nasik dier banyak giler, rasa aku la, nnt korang tgk gambo... musti takjub tgk haku mkn... Aku tinggalkan sket jer sebab dok ratah lauk. So kesimpulannya macam makan full 1 pinggan nasik arrr... fuh... menakutkan... :-s. Ayamku ratah sampai tinggal tulang. Kami 3 orang kelaparan yg tidak dapat di sangkal lagik. Isma sampai tahap nak muntah2 dah. Lin dan start pening. Aku mmg tak breakfast pagik tadih, bangun pun lambat. Isma sampai umah, aku baru lepas mandi, nak makan shakes, dah tengaharik dah, so merangkap brunch la nih. Nasib baik kudap2 kerepek pisang Ima sebelom kuo umah. jadiklah, buat alas perot!

Kuo umah kul 11am. Makan tengharik dekat kul 2pm. Ada gap 3 jam tuh. Kalo aku tahu nak merayap lama di Homedeco PISA tadih, haku makan shakes huhuhu :-s. Dah sampai makanan tuh, aku bukan g terpa makan, aku sebok dok snap gambo. By the time aku dah abeh snap, Isma dan Lin dah makan suku nasik. Mak aih! lapo sungguh budak berdua nih. Diorang memang lapar tahap cipan. Lin lapo perah otak, hariknik ada exam. Tension darik malam tadih akekeke... Isma erkk, letih kot semalam tido tak cukup, Insyirah asyik terjaga. Aku? Errkk... layan Detective Conan tapi lelap awal jugak sebenarnya.

Macam nak muak haku habehkan choc shakes hariknik :-s. Ingat dah biasa makan suatu ketika dahulu, aku akan get use to the rasa. turn out, lepas tinggal kejap, back to my beloved cappu, hariknik start balik choc, still feel the same feeling --> nak termuak+termuntah consume choc F1. Adeh! Letih ler... kena carik soy cappu or coffe milk esok nih. Xleh jadik nih. Kalo lah rasa choc F1 macam choc indulgence kan bagus... aduhaiii...

Soklan: Kenapa oda Choc F1 kalo xsuker?
Jawapan: Erk... :-s, hariktuh ingat dah ok. Dah leh terima rasa dier. Nih dah tinggal lama, tetiba terasa nak beli sebab ingat dah leh terima Choc F1 seadaanya dah, sajalah try oda jugak. Mmm, moral: kalo tak suka, tak yah oda. banyak lagik option lain ada. Cepat2lah Choc nih abeh :-s... I want my cappu back :((

My Weight Loss Progress End of Oct 2009

Officially to annouce, aku dah dalam range ideal weight. Aku tak dapat nombor yang muncul 2 minggu lepas atas scale kelmarin [which is lower than this, yg nih increase bbrp gram tapi dekat2 jugak lah... mmm... blame the red flag?]. Tak baik kan... oklah! Blame the increasing of yellow menu. BTW, nak buat experiment sket! Cubit tangan. Aouchhh!!! Cabut bulu kaki. Aouucchhh!!! Erk, ok sah, bukan bermimpi. I'm awake!!! Yippie!!! Berat rasmi untuk penghujung Oct 2009 is 64.8kg. Scroll down to check buku record untuk bulan ini.

Bulan ini actually aku agak, erkk.. what should I say... kurang happy? Sebab my menu calendar mmg show drop of shaking days vs last month. My green days drop 2 days 1 day, my kuning even worse increase from 9 days become 13 12!!! WT tuttttttt... Mmm... maybe yang banyak membantu penurunan bulan ini is my workout and tak banyak red days. Last month my red days was 5 days, this month [Thank God], only 2 days.

Ok tadih Dieha review menu, ada 1 salah isi. Yg HIJAU aku g KUNING kan :-s. Ok, aku paste balik menu calendar yang betol. So statement kat atas pun aku betolkan balik ok...

The other thing yg buat aku agak gumbira is my cm loss [or the inches la]. Jarang2 bahagian thighs dan hips reduce sebanyak ini. Wow! 6cm loss is quite a big number for me yang dah lama tak nampak area nih drop. Kalo korang perati graph atas sekali, when is the last date these 2 area drop? Thighs was last month, itupun 1cm. Sebelom tuh stuck lama since May 09. Hips mmg darik may 09 stuck at 100cm. Bulan nih, pecah jugak dominasi 100cm tuh :D.

Ok, let's move to the graph. Mmm, I'm hitting my ideal weight range now. With height 162cm I should be in min 49kg or max 65kg. Now I am 64.8kg. Nak duduk lama2 di nombor ini ker? Errkkk... I dun think so. MUSTI TURUN LAGIK :D. Now aiming for 60kg I guess. Based on the menu calendar, kalo lah hijau 1 bulan direct, agaknya leh reduce busuk2 pun dalam 2-3kg per month agaknya. Kalaulah aku buat betol2... kalau lah... haih! [hah! meratap xabeh2, usaha sekangkang kera, berangan setinggi langit - uhuks - *sobbing loud*]

The other besh part yg buat aku agak lebar senyum walau tak sampai tinger is my body fat%, water% and of coz my muscle% lah. Last month quite a bit frustrated sebab raya [blame the raya yada yada...] so this month dengan usaha workout 3 kali ganda from last month, kalo tak naik jugak muscle% dan tak drop body fat% haku mmg kompius 18 hari. Ok, let's review my body FWM% this month.

So overal:

Body fat drop -1%
Muscle gained +0.7%
Water gained +0.6%

What a day...

Tambahan sket, kalo korang perasan aku dah kalerkan balik bulan2 awal haku dengan workout tracking days. Bukak balik workout log haku dan isi balik tempat2 kosong workout haku yg sempat aku catit. Leh nampak lah berapa kerat haku haku workout since aku tracking it :P. Tak workout harik2 pun kan. But at least workout jugak dalam sebulan. Worse come to worse sebulan sekali, kalo itu yang korang mampu, do it! Don't wait until kesedaran timbul ka, sampai seru ka, apa saja alasan. Just do it!

Aper lagik yer... tak der aper dah kot. Sekian, laporan untuk bulan ini. Berjumpa lagik pada sessi timbangan bulan hadapan with more kg to lose :D. [Wah! Tetiba dah start yakin, sebulan musti drop 1kg]... muhahahahha!!!!! *evilcute laugh*

Bukan sebab rentung tuh yg buat aku tak abeh makan, aku tak cerewet psl makan sebenarnya cuma aku tak sure ayam tuh xsedap atau aku yg xsedap perot? :-s]. Nih dah red flag hari yg ke 3 kan? Aku tak sakit perot lagik [erkk, which is good]. Bese nyer harik 1st or 2nd mmg guling2 mcm trampolin dah atas katil, nih mcm erkkk... aku menantikan saat aku sakit perot yang tidak kunjung tiba. Mmm, adakah perot baru nak sakit malam nih? Wallahualam.

Ok, aku decide nak include workout time so korang leh nampak bila time aku workout dan nampak gap bila aku makan or amik shakes sebelum dan selepas workout. Pre-workout ader makan ker, post-workout amik gap baper lama baru makan... bender2 cam tuh. Kalo tak der workout kat tengah2 means aku tak workout lah hariktuh, aku akan letak kat bawah sekali stated 'no workout for today' mcm biasa. Kalo ada, aku stated kat tengah mcm yg aku start buat hariknik, depends time bila aku buat.

Pengambilan makanan musti seimbang [chaih!]. Penuh separuh mix salad+veggies haku letak, hahahaha. Ima cakap nasik+mee masin. Ermmm, naper lidah haku rasa ok jer. tak leh makan banyak2, 1 sebab haku sakit perot lagik [red flag maaa]. 2 sebab sora tak kuo kalo makan banyak sgt muhahahaha. So kena makan sikit-sikit-skit... tp nasik+mee abeh, licin pinggan itew :P

Dah banyak kali percubaan menghasut haku ke Redbox nih tapi tak pernah berjaya. Semalam sepatutnya acara naik Bukit Jambul [hiking maksud haku]. Sekali, lepas teman Ima g 'sebuah kedai baju' ahihihihi, hujan lah pulok. So melilau2 lah kami 2 beradek. Hariktuh g Queensbay Mall carik tali jam haku tapi xdak kan? So aku suggest kat Ima jom g Gurney, kot2 ada. Jadik kami pun meluncur lah g Gurney Plaza pulak. Dengan gulap gelita yg mmg sah ujan [ujan mmg dah turun lah time tuh padahal kul 6 pm pun belom lagik cuma tak der lah lebat] so nampak sangat cancel hiking Bukit Jambul. Hiking escalator Gurney Plaza lah jawapnya.

To my surprise, tak dak jugak tali jam haku. tension kepala hotak. Ada ka patut orang tuh soh g KL :-s. Tak kan lah susah sangat sampai nak kena pie KL semata2 nak tukar tali jam? Jam kenangan nih, ada sentimental value akekeke... Masa kat Queensbay hariktuh, Isma soh ajer aku tukar tapi aku takmo. Nak2 jugok yg tuh, haih! Nampak gaya, aku kena tukar apa saja tali lah, tak kisah lah brand apa pun... dah nazak tali jam nih, silap2, pakai tercabut... lagik naya. Last kopek, try masuk kedai jam lain, cakap tak kisah apa brand pun, asal nak tukar ajer tali jam nih. Dia belek2, tak der stock tali jam haku. Adeh! Rasa nak geget amoi tuh. Even brand yg dalam kedai pun, tak der stock tali, nak oda, tunggu 3 bulan. Grrr...

Amoi tuh soh aku g Komtar pulak. Letih! Esok2 lah pulak. Memandangkan tengah red flag ni, so kaki agak panjang sket nak berjalan tanpa gusar >:). Aku saja cakap kat Ima, "hah! aku tgh red flag nih, tak mo p redbox kah? kalo time semayang, mmg aku tak mo pie...!!!" Ima dengar2 aku cakap camtuh terus call Minyak cakap aku nak g Redbox [hampeh lah tuh]. tapi dalam ati, ok gak wahahaha >:). Tahu dek mak, mahu mak cakap, 'tak dak barakahhhh...' so jangan citer dengan mak akekeke...

Tuh lah salasilah g Redbox, sekian, maceh! Ahaks!

Actually balik darik Gurney Plaza, singgah McD drive thru tapi sebab beli untuk Ima saja dan aku tak oda aper2, so tak yah lah letak menu. Bukan aku yg makan, Ima yg makan. Perot dah kenyang makan nasik+mee tadih even makan kul 7pm . Maybe sebab makan buah sekali so perot sedia penuh, tak der bunyik krak kruk sepanjang perjalanan :D.

Balik umah, tak makan apa pun... dah tak larat nak makan. Esok lah pulak makan. Cukuplah hariknik makan 2 normal meal. Tetiba terpikir, adakah bila aku stop HL, aku akan cuma mampu makan 2 kali ajer dalam 1 harik? erkkk... kena re-check portion gak nih. 2 kali makan pun, rupa dalam 1 plate tuh cemana rupa nyer? harinik pon ada extra2 unhealthy food gak tuh. Tak perasan ker? Wahahaha... banyak bender nak kena consider. Pernah cakap kat kawan aku, nak lose weight is hard, nak maintain weight is even harder. *cakap balik kat dirik sendirik*
