7:00am breakfast
Choc shakes: 4F1+2F3+400ml plain water
400ml plain water

8:00am-11:00am
800ml teamix
1L plain water

11:30pm lunch
1/2 polisterin of nasik tomato
1 pc of ayam masak tomato
1/3 of mix veggies

2:00pm-4:00pm
400ml plain water
500ml plain water

4:30pm
1 slice or papaya
1 slice of honeydew
500ml plain water

9:00pm dinner

Nasik goreng ikan masin [tapau]
