Aku rasa dah bbrp manusia dah tanya, blog nih idop lagik ker tak? wakakakak... ada ada... idop segan mati tau mau, akekkek.... ok2lah, oklah... nak update lah nih.... lalalalalala.... [nyanyik macam SMURFS]
Exercise is back to square one:
1. Hiking: paling last Bukit Jambul.
Result = semput macam nak mati +_+
2. P90X: aku suka part without equipment ajer, sebab kat umah mana ada equipment mcm dalam gym, so sangat terhad. But yoga session dia besh.
Result = pun mcm nak tecirit +_+
3. Insanity: mmg full body power, rela buat Hip Hop Abs dia dari yang Insanity it self. Fit Test lepas 3 bulan, still the same, WTFish??? Ader lah 2-3 step yang increase reps, yang lelain either sama atau kurang dari 1st.
Result = Adoiiyyaiiii!!!!! Die +_+
4. Hip Hop Abs: yang nih jer yang mampu sekarang... buleh?
Result = I likeee!!! <-- as for now... :-s
.... Lalalalaaaaaa.... [SMURFS again... :P]
